I found the hotel's location very convenient (it was close to many points of interest). the traditional decor gave a unique, atmospheric vibe. i appreciated the helpfulness of the reception staff. They were always available to assist.

The courtyard was beautiful with seating areas and shade. the antiques around the hotel were amazing. the staff were helpful. A young lad was a great asset. sari, the dog, was also a big hit with many guests.

our bath was dirty with grime upon arrival i had to ask for it to be cleaned. our room was not serviced one day. some items were not replenished on other days. the breakfast was the same every day, nothing tasted fresh and was disappointing

I found the location ideal for exploring the old city. Many attractions were within walking distance. breakfast offered a good variety. I especially enjoyed the local dishes. the pool provided a relaxing escape. I appreciated the peaceful courtyard setting.

i noticed that housekeeping missed replenishing some items on certain days. this minor inconvenience did affect the overall experience. i hope management will address it to ensure better service.
